Bad Day...

I know that I still need to post on the Edventure Camp last week, but this will come first. 

I also know that this is ridiculous, but so many things have not gone my way today that I'm going to channel out my anger by making a list.

1.  Let's see...I didn't get on this year's Leadership Camp at the CMSEC.  This is the 4th year that I have not been on the LC...it was Flight Director's choice this year and I'm surprised that other volunteers that have only been here a few months got chosen over me, who has been there 3 and a half years...

2.  I didn't get my 2nd chair pass on the Magellan today...I did just fine yesterday...it probably had something to do with Scott pestering me about stuff....which stressed me out....and yeah....

3.  Scott got his Magellan pin today....I'm sure he'll enjoy rubbing that in my face...That also means that he can be a Supervisor now, and I heard he passed his test....Then once he has that collar on his shirt he'll be pulling rank on everyone and making them feel like they don't matter.....disaster....

4.  I didn't get into Runescape's Combat Beta....That's not such a big deal, but after such other frustrating things happening today, it's a bit of a letdown...

5.  The pictures I took yesterday for my Actor's Guild Test won't copy into WordPerfect...don't know how to fix that one....stupid....

6.  My mom got mad at me for not working on my online German class more often...it's my class, and I'm working on it, so she doesn't understand that she doesn't need to worry about it....ughhhhhh...


I'm just so frustrated right now, mostly over the CMSEC related stuff since I'm there pretty much all the time and get reminded of the Scott issue.  Too bad Connor wasn't on the past Overnighter, I could have talked to him about it.  That always makes me feel better.  But that didn't happen, so too bad for me.  I'm still unsure of what I'm going to do with my next few days since I'm not on the LC.  I also have a mission on Saturday right after the LC, and everybody will be talking about it, which will tick me off soooooo much.  Maybe I'll do what Logan P. said, "Whenever anybody starts talking about the Leadership Camp, just yell SHUT UP! and leave."  Because honestly, I don't want to hear about the LC unless it's coming from someone that will be nice about it, like Nicole.  She will feel bad for me because I didn't make it on the LC and kindly talk to me about the funny quirks that happened.  Nicole is such a nice person.  She is the perfect example for me.

Wow ....... Where has the past week gone?

Well, it's been a little while since I last posted. Lots of things have happened lately. Let's see, about a week and a half ago I got quite a fright when I came home from school to a smell of something burning and smoke in the house. I kinda freaked out and unplugged a lot of stuff in our kitchen only to find out that my little brother had just burnt popcorn really badly. Of course he didn't tell me that when I asked him, but after being probed by mother, he gave in. Quite a silly thing not to tell me anyways. School got out too, of course. Lagoon day was lots of fun. My friends made me go on wicked, which I still say is a strange way of torturing people. From the screams of terror it sure sounded like a torture chamber to me. Me and Logan Hunt got lost trying to find our friends after we had gone on a few rides with another group of friends. We were wandering around for about an hour until we ran into Claire Robinson who called our friends on her cell phone and helped us finally find them. Other than Wicked and that it was loads of fun. I had a space center weekend of course. Not much of note that I remember besides some conversations in the Magellan on the death sentence and the Magellan's bass getting fixed on Saturday. I also got an iPod touch for my birthday last Sunday which I have used to type this post with. ~M.B.~
